Environmental Policy

All Commercial Maintenance Group Australia staff and Sub-Contractors closely observe EPA standards on waste material handling. Only disposing of waste materials in authorized waste dumping locations. And where possible reuse or recycle items to help with our Nations landfill problems.

Any hazardous products are handled according to Work Cover Standards and EPA regulations and disposed of in the authorized locations with documentation as proof of dumping.

Global Solutions

All materials are sorted and categorized into reusable, recyclable or refuse on our premises.
We have here on site racks and storage facilities for reusable materials
We have segregated areas at the factory for waste products into appropriate categories
All asbestos waste is managed according to EPA regulations.
Green waste is mulched and reused if possible.
Building waste is sorted/reusable or refuse and dealt with accordingly.
Any building materials e.g. aluminium, timber, steel & concrete are sorted into categories and recycled.

CMGA Directors have over 30 years of experience in the building industry.

All work performed by CMGA adheres to current Workplace Safety and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

In addition to maintenance works, we also offer fitout services and supply joinery to suit any situation.

We offer a professional service, which is efficient and cost effective.

A reporting service is available to suit our clients.

All tradespeople are experienced and qualified in their respective trades and have received up to date skills training in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Our Standard hours of operation are 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however we offer 24hour, 7 day per week emergency service to all of our clients.

CMGA are very flexible. We are able to meet any specific work or reporting requirements for our clients and always offer personalised service.
